Here's some info on the old (pre basement project) area. it's fun to see how much the collection has grown in a couple of years.

The work center
Two tables, 8 shelves, 5 cabinets, 4 Plano boxes, and bunches of tupperware bins makes for quite the elaborate setup. Each tupperware bin contains ziploc bags that have pieces sorted either by individual type, or have a few similar types grouped together. Over 300 bags total.

The short table

The long table
A closeup of the 8 foot long table. It holds most of the basic bricks and plates, as well as the cabinets that have most of the speciality pieces. The 4 yellow boxes contain most of my Technic pieces. The three small tackle boxes contain minifig weapons and gear.

The empties
My collection of empty boxes. It makes quite a tower, doesn't it.
