Talisaro Transforming Jet
05/30/2003

I needed an inspiration, and someone had posted a custom designed transforming robot on my favorite idea source, Lugnet, and decided that I wanted to build one of my own. Talisaro is the result of this. It's the followup of the Vertigo, my first transformer. I wanted, as with the Vertigo, to make it as nifty looking as I could in both vehicle and robot mode. I chose a jet because, well, it seemed like a good idea at the time. I also wanted to build it in microfig scale, trying to push as much detail and poseability into a small package.

Talisaro has the following points of articulation: head, shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers, thumbs, waist, hips, knees, ankles, and toes. The transformation sequence is rather complicated, and fairly flimsy. Don't try this one at home, kids! My only disappointment is how poorly the head is hidden. Oh well, nobody's perfect.
